Introduction

The Town of Hartwick, is located in Otsego County, New York. The town was incorporated in 1802 and consists of approximately 40 square miles of rolling hills and river valleys.  The Susquehanna River forms the eastern boundary of the Town.  Approximately 2,203 people live within the town.

Comprehensive Plan Update
September 15, 2008
 

The Town of Hartwick is seeking a consultant to update its 1988 Master Plan that was last updated in 2000. The purpose of the project is to complete a revised comprehensive plan that will guide future growth and land development activity in a healthy, attractive, and economically sound fashion.
